আমি সম্প্রতি এখানে tooth scaling করতে গিয়েছিলাম এবং সত্যি বলতে আমার experience একদম অসাধারণ ছিল। ডেন্টিস্ট ভাইটা খুবই friendly, polite আর skilled একজন মানুষ। প্রথমে আমার সাথে সুন্দর করে কথা বলে problem বুঝলেন, তারপর পরিষ্কারভাবে treatment process বুঝিয়ে দিলেন। এটা আমার কাছে খুব ভালো লেগেছে কারণ অনেক জায়গায় ডাক্তাররা proper explain করেন না, কিন্তু এখানে সবকিছু crystal clear ছিল। ক্লিনিকের environment একেবারে শান্ত, clean এবং comfortable। Waiting room-এ free internet ছিল, সাথে বই পড়ার ব্যবস্থা—তাই বসে থাকার সময়টাও একদম boring লাগেনি। Staff এরাও খুবই cooperative এবং সবাই মিলে একটা homely vibe তৈরি করেছে। Treatment এর quality নিয়ে বলি—scaling-এর সময় একদম careful ছিলেন, কোন pain হয়নি এবং কাজটা একদম perfect ভাবে শেষ করেছেন। এরপর তিনি আমাকে future care এর জন্য কিছু good advice দিলেন, যেগুলো আমার জন্য খুব helpful হবে। আমি সত্যিই বুঝেছি উনি কেবল treatment-ই করেন না, রোগীদের long-term health নিয়েও চিন্তা করেন। সর্বোপরি, আমার কাছে এই experience one of the best dental visits ever! যারা ভালো treatment, skilled dentist, আর একটা সুন্দর environment খুঁজছেন, তাদের জন্য আমি এই clinic একদম highly recommend করব।
